This is where it all began.
Coalition Performance Care taught our team what excellent client care, collaboration, and community truly look like. While no longer seeing patients, its spirit lives on in the Coalition ecosystem, with clinics and practitioners working together to elevate the client experience and provide consistent support and growth opportunities for practitioners.
Coalition has grown into Coalition Health Group and is the foundation that all our clinics, partnerships, and future projects share, ensuring exceptional care and meaningful opportunities for everyone involved.

Coalition Health Group was founded by Dr. Amy MacKinnon and Dr. Hayes Sendall after years of working in clinics that, while valuable and formative, didn’t quite align with the kind of care – or careers – they envisioned.
Grateful for what they learned along the way, they felt called to build something more intentional: values-driven clinics where practitioners and allied professionals can grow with purpose, collaborate with like-minded peers, and provide exceptional care without burning out.
