Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Michael always found himself involved in sports including boxing, football, swimming, and a variety of martial arts. After having an engine fall on his hand in a mechanics class, Michael saw first-hand the many practical and rehabilitative effects massage therapy could have on one’s physical health. It was due to this life-changing experience that Michael became interested in health and wellness, anatomy and physiology. He launched his career in 2007 after graduating from Foothills College and furthered his education at MaKami College (class of 2013). He also had the privilege of a five-year teaching career at MaKami College, initially as a tutor and then as a lead instructor. His love for learning has given him the ongoing opportunity to hone his skills and offer high-quality rehab and healing techniques. He enjoys practicing primarily in clinic-based settings, specializing in trauma from motor vehicle accidents and catering to amateur and professional athletes with specific injuries. Michael is now thrilled to collaborate with the team at Coalition Performance Care.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Michael finds enjoyment from fitness activities, mud runs, and embracing outdoor adventures. Central to his life are the cherished moments spent with his beloved wife and three children.
